Pricing

Built for serious assets. Priced for them.

Indicative starting points for every module and every bundle. Audit & Assurance engagements priced per site. Enterprise tiers on quotation. LumeTrax® is sized to the asset — not to a tier table.

Capex on the gateway hardware where applicable. Subscription on the software. Engagement fees on the service.

Why we publish indicative starting prices when most enterprise platforms don't.

"Talk to sales" pricing makes sense when a product is so configurable that no two deals look alike. LumeTrax is configurable, but it's also patterned. Most utility-scale plants share enough commercial shape that publishing entry-tier numbers helps a serious buyer self-qualify before a sales call.

The figures below are indicative starting points, not list prices. They reflect what a single utility-scale plant or a small portfolio actually pays for the simplest deployment shape that tier covers. Enterprise tiers exist for portfolio scale, regulated environments, custom deployments, advanced compliance, and bespoke reporting. Those need a quotation, not a price sheet. The floor is published; the conversation starts from there.

Module pricing

Five modules. Three tiers each. Module-by-module activation.

Audit & Assurance — Independent serviceSite Review — from $7,500 / siteBankability Review — from $18,000 / siteQuotation

Indicative starting points only. Final pricing depends on plant architecture, integration scope, deployment model, support level, and portfolio size.

Core software is separated from edge-hardware capex by design. The $2,500/mo entry tier covers the software subscription. Industrial-grade gateway hardware, commissioning labour, and protocol-specific licensing are sized to the deployment in the questionnaire and capex'd to the project.

Audit & Assurance is sold per engagement, not per month. Optimizer requires Core. All other modules are independent.

Enterprise Portfolio

All modules at enterprise tier, with custom deployment, identity, compliance, and reporting. Suited for portfolio-scale owners, regulated environments, and lender-mandated reporting cadences.

Bundle pricing is below the sum of the included module entry prices — typically a 15–20% discount versus the equivalent module-by-module subscription, increasing for additional plants under the same tenant.

Granular per-user / per-viewer pricing is quoted per deployment rather than published as a flat unit rate — different access scopes (read · supervisory · audit · API) and different deployment shapes materially change the right number.

What happens between "interested" and "deployed".

Most LumeTrax engagements run through a structured Core questionnaire — a six-section briefing that surfaces the technical and commercial variables a quotation depends on, before either side commits time to a proposal.
